Resideo Dealer Requirements
What you need to join the Skyline funding program
Required Documentation
- Proof of Resideo dealer authorization
- State licensing for your sales territories
- Certificate of insurance ($1M/$2M general liability)
- Sales representative information and acknowledgment forms
- Completed W-9 and direct deposit authorization
Program Terms
Submit: Monday-Saturday accounts submitted following Monday
Process: Funding processed during the week
Payment: Direct deposit every Friday
Important: Mobile app creation required for fastest processing. Paper contracts delay payroll minimum 1 week.
Duration: 12 months from account activation
Holdback: 10% of purchase price held until month 13
Requirement: Replace bad contracts with equal quality accounts
12 full payments to Brinks Home required for guarantee fulfillment
For non-Brinks Home Funded accounts (In-House):
